The Vanda Child Development Center (CDC) in Brgy. San Rafael East now looks brighter and more welcoming, thanks to a repainting project funded under the Development Fund.

Led by 𝐌𝐫𝐬. 𝐍𝐞𝐥𝐬𝐚 𝐒. 𝐋𝐨𝐫𝐳𝐚𝐧𝐨, 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐝𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐃𝐂, the project involved repainting the interior walls and ceiling of the center. With the help of parents and pupils, who proudly held thank-you placards for Congresswoman Marlyn “Len” Primicias-Agabas and Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez, this simple yet meaningful improvement was made possible.

The newly painted room measures 12.60 meters long, 6 meters wide, and 2.7 meters high. The ceiling was coated with flat latex white paint using roller brushes and trays, while the walls were refreshed with a warm Peach Medley color, giving the space a cheerful and child-friendly atmosphere.

Afterwards, Mayor Alice and the Barangay Council visited the newly constructed child development center, a separate project initiated by Cong. Marlyn. Their visit highlighted the continued support of local leaders in uplifting early childhood education in San Nicolas.
