The San Nicolas local government is now accepting application for new and renewal of business permits and licenses.
Starting January 2 to 25, 2025, business establishments can process their permits and licenses at the Business Permit and Licensing Office with just three easy steps.
1. Secure Application Form: Proceed to Business One-Stop-Shop and secure application forms and other requirements and make inquiries.
2. Assessment: After submitting the application form, the BPLO will assess and validate the application.
3. Pay and Claim: Proceed to Municipal Treasurer’s Office to pay taxes and regulatory fees. Afterwards, proceed to the Business Processing and Licensing Office to claim the business permit.
BUSINESS PERMIT REQUIREMENTS:
1. Community Tax Certificate
2. Barangay Clearance
3. Sanitary Permit
4. Health Certificate
5. Fire Safety Inspection Certificate
6. DTI/SEC Registration
7. Articles of Partnership/Incorporation
Additional Requirements from the concerned National Government Agencies:
1. Pawnshop – Central Bank Certificate of Registration
2. Drugstore – Bureau of Foods and Drugs Administration
3. Rice Retailer – National Food Authority
4. Water Refilling Station – Health Department (Result of Water Test)
5. Learning Institution – Permit to Operate from DepEd or CHED
All citizens doing business or planning to do business within the municipality are advised to apply.
