The executive committee meeting with the department heads of the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Nicolas was conducted last 16 July 2023 with the ๐๐จ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐ก๐ข๐๐ ๐๐ฑ๐๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ – ๐๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฒ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐ ๐. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฆ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐ฌ-๐๐ง๐ซ๐ข๐ช๐ฎ๐๐ณ.
Executive Committee Meeting is a regular activity of LGU San Nicolas that recognizes the contributions of all Department Heads in the Implementation of LGU programs. This also serves as a conduit for strengthening, and fortifying the efficiency and definitiveness of the LGU in the delivery of its mandate and services.
The discussion centered on the initiatives and programs of LGU San Nicolas that aim to provide better, faster, and more reliable services to and for San Nicolanians.
Mayor Alice reminded the department heads about the changes regarding the current status of each department, updates on priority programs and projects, the accomplishment reports and action plans that will be required submission from all the departments regularly, the standardized services that need to be established, and finally the completion of each departmentโs needs and requirements to be able to function well.
The lady Mayor gave her assurance to support all LGU programs proposed and implemented by the Department Heads. She also guaranteed that San Nicolanians and other visitors will all be well-accommodated and will be given high end services and hospitality from LGU San Nicolas.
With one and the same mission and vision, LGU San Nicolas led by Mayor Alice and her Department Heads continue to work hard with sincere and proud hearts for our home, our town – San Nicolas.
