Residents of Brgy. Sto. Tomas now experience safer and better-lit streets following the successful installation of 14 solar-powered streetlights under the PAF initiative. The project, spearheaded by Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez, aims to improve public safety while promoting sustainable energy solutions within the community.

The newly installed solar lights enhance visibility in key areas, reducing the risk of accidents and deterring criminal activities. With solar technology, the barangay also embraces environmental sustainability by lowering electricity costs and ensuring continuous lighting, even during power interruptions.
