LGU San Nicolas in partnership with Philippine Red Cross β Urdaneta City Chapter, is encouraging everyone to please donate blood on Monday, April 03, 2023 at the Municipal Civic and Cultural Center (Municipal Gymnasium) from 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

You can donate blood if youβ¦
– are in good health;
– are between 16 to 65 years old (16 and 17 years old need parental consent);
– weigh at least 110 pounds(50kgs);
– at least 5 hours uninterrupted sleep;
– no coughs/colds during the day of the blood donation;
– no alcohol intake/smoking within 24hrs; and
– have a blood pressure between: Systolic: 90-140 mmHg, Diastolic: 60-100 mmHg.
