While the nation celebrates freedom, I spent the day quietly working—catching up on days of paperwork after time away. It took seven long hours , but I kept going with grace and grit .

As Municipal Mayor, I may not have joined the public celebrations today, but I chose to honor our independence in a different way—through quiet, wholehearted service . Behind the desk, reviewing reports and signing documents , I was reminded that leadership isn’t always about speeches or events . Often, it’s about the simple efforts—the long hours, the quiet decisions, the constant care for every detail that affects our people’s lives . This, too, is a form of patriotism—serving with love, humility, and deep responsibility for our town .

Thank You, Lord, for the strength to carry on , the clarity to lead, and the grace to serve—even in the quiet moments . May every task be a reflection of my love for You and for the people You have entrusted to my care . All glory and praise to You, who sustains me daily.
