A heartfelt and resounding congratulations to Mayor Alice and the esteemed local government unit of San Nicolas on this momentous achievement!

Today marks a significant milestone as the Certificate of TVET Program Registration is awarded to the San Nicolas, Pangasinan Training and Assessment Center (SNP-TAC), enabling the offering of a program in Food and Beverage Services NC II.

Another feather on her cap, Mayor Alice’s leadership and dedication have been instrumental in this achievement, and her gratitude extends to Cong. Marlyn L. Primicias Agabas for her unwavering and commendable support. This accomplishment is a testament to the collaborative efforts and unwavering commitment of all involved.

Special recognition goes to TESDA Specialist II Carmencita DG Lopez for her role in presenting the certificate on behalf of Provincial Director James F. Ferrer. The tireless efforts of TESDA Trainers, Mr. Higino Villar and Ms. Alma F. Orteza, and PESO Manager Atty. Charlene B. Lagua, have been instrumental on this remarkable feat.

In can be recalled that last October 16, 2023, Mayor Alice stood proud as she received the Certificate of Accreditation for the San Nicolas Pangasinan Training and Assessment Center (SNP-TAC). The accreditation bestowed upon by TESDA marked a significant achievement – the establishment of a specialized training center focusing on Bread and Pastry Production.

San Nicolas made history as the first LGU in the 6th district to be recognized as a TESDA-accredited training center. This accreditation not only signifies the town’s commitment to providing quality skills training but also opens up doors of opportunity for its constituents.

The presence of Vice Mayor Alvin Bravo, Municipal Councilors Amor Pulido, Jun Serquiña, Queen Descargar, Jairus Dulay, and Leomar Saldivar further underscored the unity and support within the LGU. This achievement is a reflection of the collective determination to empower individuals through education and skills development.
