The Local Government Unit of San Nicolas led by Local Chief Executive, 𝓓𝓻. 𝓐𝓵𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓪 𝓛. 𝓟𝓻𝓲𝓶𝓲𝓬𝓲𝓪𝓼 𝓔𝓷𝓻𝓲𝓺𝓾𝓮𝔃, recognized its top performing and hard working Job Order employees and their significant contributions..
The awards were given to the Top Two (2) Performing JO employees after the FY 2023 First Semester Performance Assessment for January to June 2023. Performance ratings of personnel were determined through their performance, attendance, punctuality, eligibility, needs of service, attitude & commitment, compliance to LGU memoranda, and participation to LGU activities.
Sa kasalukuyan, mayroong mahigit isandaang empleyado (J.O) ang munisipyo na dumaan sa assessment. Ang mga nabigyang parangal ay sina 𝓙𝓸𝓪𝓷𝓷𝓪 𝓒𝓸𝓻𝓹𝓾𝔃 𝓢𝓮𝓻𝓺𝓾𝓲𝓷̃𝓪 ng Human Resource Management & Development Office bilang top two (2) at sina 𝓕𝓸𝓻. 𝓜𝓪𝓻𝓬 𝓐𝓷𝓰𝓮𝓵𝓾 𝓟. 𝓥𝓲𝓬𝓽𝓸𝓻 ng Municipal Environment & Natural Resources Office at 𝓐𝓻𝓿𝓲𝓷 𝓛. 𝓐𝓷𝓬𝓱𝓮𝓽𝓪 ng Municipal Planning and Development Office bilang top one (1).
Nagpasalamat ang mga nagawaran ng parangal sa pagkilalang kanilang natanggap mula sa lady Mayor. Maliban sa certificate of recognition, binigyan rin ni Mayor Alice ang mga top performers ng salary raise na kanila naman talagang ikinatuwa.
“Napakasarap nga namang magtrabaho kung lahat ng sakripisyo at pagod mo ay nabibigyang pansin. Kami po ay lubos na nagpapasalamat sa aming department heads, sa HR Office, sa assessment team at lalong lalo na sa ating butihing Mayor na kami ay naka experience ng ganitong parangal. Matagal na rin po kaming nagttrabaho sa munisipyo at ngayon lang po namin ito naranasan. Maraming maraming salamat po talaga Mayor Alice”, ani ng mga naparangalan.
The lady Mayor commits to continue giving rewards and recognition to all the LGU employees as she truly appreciates each and everyone’s effort and sacrifices for the LGU and the municipality of San Nicolas.
“Let us share one goal, mission and vision for our hometown, San Nicolas. Please expect that more recognitions like these will be given as I truly appreciate all of your hard works for our beloved municipality, magsilbi sana itong motivation para sa lahat para lalo pang magpursige at mahalin ang mga trabaho nila”, the lady mayor said.
Kasama sa litrato ay ang HRMD Officer Tabitha Andrea V. Ylarde at mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Bayan.
