In a bid to illuminate San Nicolas, barangay Sobol benefited from the solar-powered street lights project of the municipal government of San Nicolas.
Mayor Alice first visited the barangay of Sobol headed by πππ© πππ₯ππ ππ’π¬ππ«π¨. The barangay council received 8 units of 200-watts Solar Lights and 8 pcs of G.I. Pipe S40 3β.
As a factor in maintaining peace and order, the barangay council of Sobol thanked Mayor Alice for this project which is a complete package as the solar street LED lights comes with its own poles.
βThis is part of the plan to illuminate not only the center of our town but also the rural barangays that are seen to contribute to the peace and order situation of the entire municipality,β said Mayor Alice.
To recall, Mayor Alice started to adopt the solar street lights technology on 2020 with the primary aim to definitely reduce the municipalityβs consumption of conventional energy.
