In a bid to fortify the infrastructure supporting quality education, Mayor Alicia L. Primicias-Enriquez recently oversaw the completion and inspection of a vital project at San Isidro Elementary School. Funded through the Special Education Fund of 2023, the supply and installation of PPR fittings for the waterline system is a testament to the LGU’s commitment to providing essential facilities for the educational institution.
The upgrade of the waterline system is not merely a technical enhancement but a crucial investment in the well-being of students and staff at San Isidro Elementary School. Mayor Alice, who also chairs the Municipal School Board, underscored: “Ang maayos at epektibong waterline system ay isang pangunahing haligi ng ating paaralan. Ito’y hindi lamang nagbibigay ng malinis na tubig, kundi nagtataglay din ng kaligtasan at kaginhawaan para sa ating mga mag-aaral at guro.”
The Local Chief Executive also emphasized that although the construction materials were supplied by the LGU, the school contributed its counterpart through labor.
As the PPR fittings project aligns with the LGU’s broader vision for educational advancement, Mayor Alice added, “Ang bawat proyektong itinataguyod natin ay may layuning mapabuti ang kalidad ng edukasyon sa ating komunidad. Ang maayos na waterline system ay bahagi ng pangakong ito, kaya alagaan natin ang anumang publicly funded project.”
The completion of this facility not only signifies progress in infrastructure but also underscores the LGU San Nicolas’s dedication to holistic educational development.
