San Nicolas, undoubtedly, is home to the best of the best in sports, which is why the local government unit doesnβt get tired in supporting them to further hone their talents through competitions that will broaden their horizon and showcase their sportsmanship and esprit de corps.
It is a privilege on the part of the LGU, therefore, to support our Volleyball Men and Women Teams as they prepare to compete outside our town. Weβve allocated P20,000 financial support for them, P10,000 for each team for them to be able to focus more on their training. They are headed by Joshua Rodrigo and Raven Gabatino and as Team Captains.
As we hope for you to come home with the βbaconβ, we wish all of you to excel more on the admirable characteristics that every athlete should possess–sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and competitive spirit–over anything else. With these attributes, you all are already winners.
