Let’s all listen to the rhythm of our souls this Arts and Love Month as the local government unit of San Nicolas, through its Municipal Tourism Office and the Local Youth Development Office, presents #ARTBEAT: Igniting Creativity in San Nicolas.

This Saturday, February 3, at 3:00 p.m. at the Municipal Park, let’s witness and be enchanted by our featured artists’ talents in busking, chalk art, and cosplaying.
