A total of 130 boys from the Municipality of San Nicolas went through the so-called “rite of passage to manhood” under Mayor Aliceโs “Operation Tuli” on June 3-14, 2024.
Usually done during summer vacation for some medical and traditional reasons, circumcision of elementary and high school students aged 6 and above is being held through the Rural Health Unit under the leadership of Municipal Health Officer Dr. Lawrence Subido.
For those who want to avail this service, please go to Mayor’s Office and look for Nurse Rania Serquiรฑa for the schedule because it is on a first-come, first-served basis and only 15 slots per day will be accommodated until June 28.
