- Issuance of Owner’s Copy of tax declaration is within the day of request.
- Issuance of Assessment Records such as new assessment, revision, subdivision, consolidation, reclassification and re-assessment of Real Properties that upon completion of the requirements we recommend for approval to the Provincial Assessor’s Office within a week.
- Issuance of Tax Declaration of undeclared lands, buildings and machineries that upon completion of the requirements we recommend for approval to the Provincial Assessor’s Office within a week.
- After paying the corresponding fees the annotation for mortgage/cancellation of mortgage and bail bond are given within the day of request.
