The Service:

Issued to any bona fide resident of the Municipality of San Nicolas, Pangasinan for whatever legal purpose/intent it may serve them. The person requesting for the issuance of Mayor’s Clearance must appear personally at the Office of the Mayor.

3.ISSUANCE OF PERMIT TO HOLD A PARADE/MOTORCADE

The Service:

This service is intended to ensure coordination and orderly traffic management during the conduct of a parade or motorcade within the vicinity of the Municipality. Corporations, groups and other entities that wish to stage a motorcade or parade around the Municipality are required to get a permit from Municipal Mayor’s Office prior to the scheduled activity.
