With the goal of strengthening partnership and collaboration between the local government and the education sector, Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez spearheaded the first Local School Board meeting of the school year, addressing key concerns and challenges raised by school heads.
The meeting served as a platform for exchanging innovative ideas aimed at enhancing the quality of education for students. Discussions centered on identifying impactful programs, projects, and activities, as well as optimizing the allocation of the budget to improve school facilities and infrastructure.
Joining Mayor Alice were PSDS Dr. Imelda Lazaro, PSDS Dr. Renato Umipig, Education Committee Chair Councilor Amorsolo Pulido, SK Federation President Gian Jethro Manansala, Municipal Treasurer Francisco Ladia Jr., Municipal Accountant Atty. Francis Ditol, Municipal Budget Officer Richard Rae Prestoza, PDO I Elmer Lucas, and school heads from various institutions that worked together toward a shared vision of advancing education in the municipality.
