From the cemetery, Mayor Alice went to her office to sign documents and issue directives as to the ongoing renovation at the Municipal Plaza. After that she had to juggle her time providing financial assistance to the vulnerable and marginalized individuals and families of our town and other callers at mid-morning.
Still in high spirit in the afternoon, she then meet and had conferences with various groups, the first among them were the members of the Technical Working Group for the upcoming events to be held at the Public Cemetery, All Saints’ Day and Tanghalan sa Undas. The meeting was attended by Councilors Raymond Prestoza, Leomar Saldivar, Jun Serquiña, and Amorsolo Pulido, selected LGU employees, concerned Brgy Councils, CVO’s, NDP nurses, Philippine National Police headed by Captain Renato Gacad and Bureau of Fire headed by Chief Inspector Jeanette B. Fariñas.
Mayor Alice said in the meeting “ We have to be prepared for the influx of visitors this year after nearly completing the cleaning and clearing operations in the Cemetery. Let us help our town, dedicate our time and skills so we can make a positive and meaningful impact on our society.”
In the evening, Mayor Alice graced the Halloween Party organized by the Sangguinang Kabataan of San Roque, held at the Municipal Gym.
