During the campaign, Team Pagbabago presented an agenda for change. An agenda that will allow us to modernize how the San Nicolas Municipal Government works, so that it better reflects the values and expectations of all San Nicolanians.

Part of that agenda is the promotion of our tourism which will bring tri-polar development for our town. Tri-polar in a sense that it aims to (1) create jobs and livelihood opportunities (2) provide investment opportunities, and (3) create a cleaner and greener environment.

In the tourism aspect, we are so lucky to be blessed with so much which is why we have begun to work on it in partnership with other government agencies. Our initial project is to restore Agpay Falls which is also why we have been conducting continued clean-up on the periphery of the waterfalls not only to provide the healing it needs, but for us to get a clear picture of this God-given gift on a macro scale.

There is no question that this waterfall has become a hit since in the 70’s up to the 80’s but due to inaction, or better still passivity, of the previous officials, it just died a natural death. The rest is history.

Last Tuesday, we accompanied officials of the Department of Tourism in touring Agpay Falls for evaluation and from the looks of it, our very-own waterfalls has a bright future for possible rehabilitation. Also visited were San Roque Dam and the Red Arrow Monument.

Of course, we share the excitement of what the future days hold for Agpay falls but for now we will not spill all the beans so we can still have a room for some surprises 🥰😘

Kailian, thank you so much for your continued support. Aside from Agpay Falls, we are abundant of so many gifts of nature but we can only start rebuilding them one at a time. Your continued support to our programs and projects for a better San Nicolas spells a lot of difference. So please continue in doing so.

Maraming, maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat 🙏🙏
