The barangay officials headed by Barangay Captain Zaldy Rodrigo gladly received the construction materials and were very thankful to Mayor Alice for the unending support of the local government to their barangay.

Subsequently, Mayor Alice led the 6th day of the distribution of inbred rice seeds under the Rice Competitiveness Enhancement Program (RCEP) of the Department of Agriculture. As of today, the Municipal Agriculture Office has served 24 out of 33 barangays and dispensed a total of 771 bags to 367 farmer-beneficiaries: 293 bags to 121 farmers of Brgy. Malilion, 194 bags to 119 farmers of Brgy. San Felipe East, 147 bags to 68 farmers of Brgy. San Felipe West and 137 bags to 59 farmers of Brgy. Calanutian.

According to the Municipal Agriculture Office, all barangays will have their share of inbred rice seeds to increase their potential for competitiveness. These farmer-beneficiaries are those listed in the Registry System for Basic Sectors in Agriculture (RSBSA).

After the distribution, Mayor Alice attended the meeting of market vendors presided over by Municipal Councilor Raymond Prestoza. He discussed to them the rules and regulations inside the public market. Stalls shall be maintained and kept clean and sanitation should always be observed.

Thereupon, Mayor Alice gathered the Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association (TODA) members to discuss the necessary rerouting plan due to the rehabilitation and repair of Magsaysay Road. The said project was funded under the Office of Congressman Tyrone D. Agabas.

Also during the day, Mayor Alice met and convened with landscape and arts designer, Mr. Mark Dunhill to talk about the progress of their preparation for the upcoming Christmas Display, including the crafting of Christmas decorations and lighting.
