It is with great sadness for our family to announce that our beloved Papang Jimmy—father, husband, brother, grandfather, and friend—peacefully passed away today, January 7, 2023 at 8:28 am.

For years Papang, lived with COPD and heart problem and did it with so much strength, faith and humility.

We are so grateful to our families and friends for the endless love, support, messages, and prayers received. Papang

was so loved and he knew it, felt it, lived it. It is difficult right now to respond to every text, call, or message of condolence but please know that we see and appreciate each one.

As we learn to navigate life without his physical presence we are consoled by the good life and memories we had with him and the knowledge that he is safe in God’s loving embrace and cared for by Mama Mary, all her angels and saints.

Papang we will always miss you, love you and honor your name everyday. Please guide us all as we go through life. Until we meet again. ❤️

Thank you Papang for the bountiful life we shared, abundant advices you unselfishly gave, and the legacy of life we now have.

Our family is currently making arrangements for his funeral. An announcement will be given by the end of the day containing information on the final arrangements.

Please include Candido Begnalen Agabas Jr. , lovingly known as Papang Jimmy in your prayers that he be granted eternal rest and that light be shone upon him and that his soul and the souls of all the departed through the mercy of God may rest in peace.

Candido Begnalen Agabas, Jr.
