Mayor Alice conducted ocular inspection to the on-going construction of San Nicolas Public Market – one of the priority projects of the current administration.

“We are now on the Phase 3. Nasa tiling and tables na tayo. Ibig sabihin ay we are halfway there. We’ll try to finish it by March para magamit na ng ating mga residente at para maisaayos na ang ating mga market vendors,” she announced optimistically.

After the inspection, Mayor Alice met and convened with Committee Chairman on Education, Municipal Councilor Amorsolo Pulido, Sir Bart Carrera and Engr. Ferdinand Rodrigo to discuss the planning process of the proposed installation of hand washing stations in every school in the town.

“Actually, this January we are planning to implement the opening of face-to-face classes but due to the Omicron variant, it did not commence. However, here in San Nicolas, the preparations are still going on because we do hope the pandemic will end the soonest,” Mayor Alice shared.
