REQUIREMENTS FOR MARRIAGE APPLICATION
1. Birth certificate
2. Advice of both parents for 21 to 24 years & 11 months old applicants
3. Consent of father and mother for 18 to 20 years and 11 months old applicants
4. Pre marriage counselling
5. CENOMAR for 25 years old and above applicants
6. Death certificate of deceased spouse of widow/widower applicants and applicants’ deceased parent (for 18 to 24 years old applicant)
7. Picture 1×1 – 4 copies and 2×2 – 2 copies
REQUIREMENTS FOR ARTICLE 34 OF FAMILY CODE (FOR COUPLES LIVING TOGETHER AS HUSBAND AND WIFE FOR MORE THAN 5 YEARS WITHOUT LEGAL IMPEDIMENT)
1. Applicants must be 23 years old and above
2. Affidavit stating therein that they are already living together as husband and wife for more than 5 years without Legal impediment
3. Birth certificate
4. CENOMAR of both parties
5. Death certificate of spouse for widow/widower
Deadline of application is on January 27, 2023. First-come, first-served.
