Mayor Alice meets with department heads in a valuable forum helping LGU San Nicolas’ leaders to share ideas, make decisions, build team relationships, set commitments, and track compliances.
As an avenue for recognition, celebration and decision making, the meeting concluded fruitful decisions that will surely contribute to the effectivity, efficiency, and good governance of the whole LGU.
Time is very valuable for our local chief executive as she is a very hands-on leader. She goes on field, limitlessly talks to stakeholders and visitors, but believes that LGU San Nicolas also needs fellow good leaders to be looked up to – and that is why she meets with her Department Heads regularly for discussions and meetings.
Mayor Alice shared how she enjoys working as the town’s Mayor, how she whole-heartedly gives her life to public service, and how she is being accepted and loved in return by the town’s constituents. And many are witnesses to that.
With these, the department heads feel encouragement and inspiration to pour their hearts out towards good governance. Various concerns, innovations, plans, and commitments were raised and agreed upon. The department heads were very excited to put everything into action and implementation. From capacity building, skills development, accreditation, livelihood programs, LGU building renovations, personnel promotion, and performance recognition to FMR projects, solid waste management, and brgy field works – each and every department head positively aims for better programs and projects which are fully supported by Mayor Alice.
Mayor Alice always shows her full support and appreciation to her Department Heads on everything they do for the LGU. They are this LGU’s department heads for a reason, she would always remind them.
“Unity is strength, when there is a harmonious relationship on teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved for our beloved town San Nicolas,” she said.
