The first day of the second week was a hectic day for Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez starting with leading the Monday’s flag-raising ceremony wherein she pleaded for employee engagement to attain sustainability in good governance performance.

“I know that I have big shoes to fill. That is why I am appealing to all of you. Let’s help one another in order to maintain this change that we are making right now, promoting sustainable development anchored on good governance,” she emphasized.

She then headed the oath-taking of the new appointed Barangay Kagawad of Malico, Ms. Darlina L. Wacnag. Malico is a mountain village nestled at the top of the Caraballo mountains and is known as the ‘little Baguio’ of Pangasinan.

In between callers, Mayor Alice focused on studying documents and in meeting with Department Heads to make sure that quality services are being rendered to the public.

Later in the afternoon, Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) Dagupan Branch Manager Mabel A. De Guzman and San Nicolas Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to implement the expanded GSIS Financial Assistance Loan or GFAL II for all GSIS members based in the municipality. The signing of the MOA was witnessed by HRMO Ms. Alma Martinez and GSIS official Gail Mar Bravo .
