A hearty “THANK YOU” to all those who participated in the Cemetery Clean-up activity 
This Thursday is another “Volunteer Day” for hundreds of volunteers comprised from various sectors as they went back to the town’s cemetery as early as 6:00am to help in the Bayanihan clean-up in preparation for All Saints’ Day .
The cemetery have lately shown improvement. Actions taken are primarily aimed at improving the overall ambience of the community cemetery by creating pathways, pruning of trees, improved shaded area for mourners and visitors, clean and tidy surrounding. Grave markers are on production process and will be placed in the respective tombs situated along the concreted walkways at the cemetery.
Mayor Alice cheered all the participants for taking the time in joining the clean-up drive which, she said, has been helping a lot in the cleanliness and orderliness campaign launched with her Team Pagbabago. Former Congresswoman Marlyn Primicias-Agabas also supervised the activity. Also joining were Vice Mayor Alvin Bravo, Councilors Raymond Prestoza, Leomar Saldivar, Queen Descargar and Amorsolo Pulido. Mr. Gerry Manangan who is among Team Pagbabago also joined in supervising the throng of volunteers.
Mayor Alice said , “As local chief executive, I am fortunate that I have very supportive townmates. Together, we made a tangible difference to protect our town’s cemetery. Maraming maraming salamat po .” 
P.S. The last 6 pictures were taken on July 4, 2019. Tall grass and weeds covered the graves and walkways , an unkempt condition.
