Holiday treat distribution dubbed as Panagayat ni Dok continued to bring smiles and cheers this Yuletide season among San Nicolanians.
On December 21, Mayor Alice and her team gifted 2,752 families from 11 barangays with spaghetti pack as a testament of mayor’s love for her constituents.
“The spirit behind Christmas is that of giving and sharing. On learning about the birth of Jesus Christ, the three wise men came calling with gifts of gold, incense, and myrrh. Christmas heart is a giving heart, a wide-open heart that gives thought of others first,” said Mayor Alice when asked about Panagayat ni Dok’s advocacy.
The jam-packed distribution was consecutively held from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in Northern Ambayoan barangays— Sto. Tomas, Camangaan, Cabuloan, Camindoroan, Calanutian, San Isidro, Bensican, Salpad, Dalumpinas, Salingcob, and Lungao.
Residents were all smiles for the love which was shown by Mayor Alice and her family; such kind gestures which motivated them to celebrate Christmas with a cheerful and giving heart.
