Pangasinan is under Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal No. 3 as #PepitoPH moves over the sea east of the Bicol Region according to PAGASA’s 5:00 a.m. update on Sunday, Nov. 17. Life-threatening conditions continue over the eastern section of Southern Luzon.
The center of Super Typhoon #PepitoPH was last monitored at 85 km Northeast of Daet, Camarines Norte and is moving west-northwestward at 15 kph with maximum sustained winds of 185 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 255 kph.
