San Nicolas local government, headed by Mayor Alicia Primicias-Enriquez, actively took part in the Sangguniang Panlalawigan’s Committee Hearing on February 24, 2025, following the approval of the 2025 annual budget and annual investment plan.
The hearing which took place at the Session Hall of the Capitol Building in Lingayen, Pangasinan is a clear indication of the ‘municipality’s commitment to strategic financial planning and resource allocation’.
