The middle of the week is, as usual, as hectic as the other days with Mayor Alice on top of everything, energetically providing the hands-on governance of the local government of San Nicolas.

In the morning at 8:00am, she gamely accepted an interview from school writers of San Felipe Integrated School, as they feature her and the way she handles the speedy development in the municipality in so short a time.

In just two (2) months a major facelift of the Municipal Building’s façade has been done, the abattoir underwent a major renovation and clean-up, the Materials Recovery Facility (MRF) significantly improved, the cemetery’s cleanliness has been maintained, streets are continuously being cleared of obstructions, guidelines on quarry operations had been imposed, clean-up and renovations of major tourism sites such as Agpay Falls have been on a double-time, and constructions and renovations are the usual sights almost everywhere.

At 10:00am, she officiated the changing of vows of Jugart and Mary Jancie, her second on record since she assumed office on July 1.

In the afternoon, she meets market owners at the Training Center to work on the win-win solutions in addressing the common problems arising from the operations of the market.

At around 3:00pm, she attended the gathering of the San Nicolas Employees Association (SNEA) at the ABC Hall and shared her plans for the general welfare of all employees of the municipality.

Also, Mayor Alice, as usual, attended to various callers of the day. Most notable of which are the nurses from Nurse Deployment Project of Department of Health and BFAR personnels for the implementation of GI Pipe Fish Cage project to further improve the livelihood of the town’s fisherfolks.
