Atty. Charlene Bañaga Lagua is a graduate of AB Political Science and Juris Doctor at Saint Louis
University, Baguio City. She also earned units in Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in Social
Sciences at Luna Colleges Foundation.
She was formerly the Chief of Staff at the Office of the Municipal Mayor and a Former Public School
Teacher at Tayug National High School. She is serving as a government employee for almost 10 years.
She is currently the Municipal Labor and Employment Officer (PESO Manager) as well as the Migrant
Desk Officer, Cooperative Devt. Officer designate of the Municipality of San Nicolas, Pangasinan. She is
also a College Instructor at the College of Criminal Justice Education, Panpacific University Tayug and
Urdaneta Campus.
Being afforded with an authority to practice her profession, she is occasionally engaged in a limited private practice of law with her partner lawyer consultants.
She is a Public Servant, an educator and a Lawyer advocating Human Rights especially Rights of women
and children.
